Spring Clean your Thoughts - Letting go.....its easier than you think!
Most of my work involves helping people to create balance within their physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Thoughts are energetic frequencies that communicate to the body what is needed at any given moment. However, thoughts of the future and past can tend to clog up our homes..... "the brain and body being the home of our spirit and soul".
The picture below sums up too many thoughts of the past and future.... which results in a physical block within our system. Thus creating nervous system overload.
As humans, we tend to overcomplicate things. We can create assumptions and "what if scenarios" when nothing has actually happened. The first key hurdle to overcoming persistent and intrusive thoughts is to recognize that those thoughts are happening. Once we can identify recognition, we can then, take an action.
The action is a question that you choose to say out loud to yourself. The key here is to actually hear yourself speak the question and then hear the answer. Is this thought serving me in the present moment? For thoughts that create a fight or flight response in the nervous system. The question can be more simple. Am I currently in danger at this given moment? Once you are not being chased by a wild animal or in imminent danger. You can tell your body that you are right now currently safe. Again, the key here is to say this out loud so you can hear the actual answer.
Once you have gone through the recognition, the question, and the answer you can then make a choice to release "old thoughts that no longer serve you". This technique takes 7-10 takes to come on board. Your ears and your voice are very important to activate to enable the best possible response for healing.
You are worthy of letting go of all that no longer serves you.
